Warranty
Warranty: Items not accompanied by a warranty card are guaranteed for 90 days from date of purchase.
Warranty does not cover any damage due to accidents, misuse or negligence. All items with factory warranty for longer periods of time must be sent for repair or replacement to the factory, or authorized service center with full insurance coverage and freight charges prepaid. (Refer to Warranty Card for specific procedure.) |

Delivery of Merchandise
Delivery of merchandise if agreed upon shall take place according to original agreement unless special circumstances prevent Eagle National Mint from delivering at that previously designated item, in which case Eagle National Mint shall have a reasonable period of time in which to make delivery of the item (as purchased).
Customer must be present to accept delivery. In the event that customer is unable to take delivery of the purchased item (At the originally agreed time and said customer fails to give Eagle National Mint reasonable notice of such inability), there might be an additional charge for a second delivery. |

Shipping Policy
Upon receiving your order, it will be processed within 5 business days. There will be an additional delay of 14 business days for any check orders. After your order is processed, it will be shipped. If you choose express shipping, your order will be shipped using a priority service. If you choose standard service, your order will be shipped using a standard shipping service.

Returns Policy
Returns Policy: We represent that our products are of the highest quality and are the best value for your money. Therefore we are pleased to offer a 30 day unconditional money back guarantee. If you are for any reason unsatisfied with your undamaged product, you can return it for a full refund less the shipping and handling charges. Damaged product that is due to manufacturing defects, or shipping and handling can be returned or exchanged for a full refund. Product damaged do to customer handling or miss-use may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. If buyer needs to return an item, call for a Return Authorization Number RMA) and ship fully insured and freight charges prepaid. Returns without RMA number will be rejected.
All products are inspected before leaving our warehouse. If an item is damaged when you open your package, it is due to damage during shipping. Make sure you keep all packaging materials. If you do not keep packaging materials, it will not be possible to file a claim with the shipping carrier, and Eagle National Mint will assume the damage is due to customer use and not shipping. Once the product is received, call Eagle National Mint and request an RMA for product damaged during shipping. We will send the carrier to your residence and ship a new product to you as soon as the original product and packaging materials are received. |

Packaged Received Without Product
All products are inspected before leaving our warehouse. If a package is received without your item, it is due to theft at the carrier. Keep all packaging materials and call Eagle National Mint for an RMA. If you do not keep the packaging materials, it is not possible to file a claim with the carrier, and we will assume that the item was shipped to you properly. You may be requested to fill out additional forms to prove the item was lost in shipment. We will send the carrier to pick up the packaging materials. Once the materials are received and a claim is filed with the carrier, we will replace the goods that were not received. |

Packaged Lost In Shipment
If you never receive your package, it is possible to track your package with your tracking number. This will confirm that your package was not delivered. Call Eagle National Mint and inform customer service that your package was lost in shipment. We will process your claim and ship a replacement product. |

Payment Disputes
If a check tendered for payment by the purchaser is stopped or refused by the purchaser(s) bank, Eagle National Mint will have the right to charge all or part of the amount due on any bank or charge card given by the purchaser as a credit guarantee. |

Payment
Checks
We also accept money orders, cashier(s) checks and company checks. Please make checks payable to Eagle National Mint. The amount of the check must be exactly the total of the order (which includes the shipping and handling fee, and sales tax, if applicable.) We require a photocopy of these checks faxed to our office for verification. For company checks we need a credit card back up. Credit Cards
Eagle National Mint accepts VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express cards only. We will not charge your credit card unless the item has been shipped. All credit card orders are subject to credit verification and approval. For your protection, credit card orders shipped to an address other than your billing address may require additional verification. It is best to call your credit card company to notate the alternate address for easy processing of orders.
